• Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned region and channels (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Specialty, Non-Automotive, and Rebuilder markets) • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence • Drive “pull-through” sales by engaging and converting target installer accounts • Conduct regular in-person customer visits (up to 75% travel) • Collaborate with Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies • Expand business within existing accounts through product growth and program execution • Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness in the field • Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs • Support resolution of customer issues related to pricing, supply, quality, and service • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM tools • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience • 5–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, or related industries • Proven track record in account management and new business development • Experience working across multiple sales channels preferred • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a field-based role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license required; passport preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
