Wals Professional Services GmbH is a B2B e‑commerce automation and integration specialist that helps online retailers integrate and automate ERP, shop and logistics processes. As an official weclapp and Exact partner they build and support cloud-based plugins, workflows (Power Automate, n8n, Make. com) and API integrations for fulfillment, shipping carriers and accounting to reduce manual work and enable scalable operations. They provide implementation, custom automation, off-the-shelf plugins and ongoing support for companies using ERP/shop/fulfillment stacks.

📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for prospects and customers regarding weclapp — and you work closely with our development team to clearly define requirements and translate them into solutions. • You accompany customers through the entire process: requirements analysis → onboarding → implementation → go-live → daily support • You conduct onboarding trainings, create documentation, and help teams truly master their weclapp system (not just "use it somehow"). • You gather customer needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with the dev team on custom solutions and plugins for e-commerce.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive weclapp experience (e.g., as a consultant, in-house in e-commerce, or directly in the weclapp environment) • Good ERP process understanding (order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data, workflows) • Solid basics in accounting/finance (basic logic is sufficient — you don't need to be a certified accountant) • Communication & structure: you listen well, ask clear questions, document clearly, and work in a solution-oriented way • Languages: fluent German, English at least B2 • Residence in DE or AT, work fully remote.
