πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop compelling creative concepts and copy across multiple channels and platforms β€’ Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to bring ideas to life β€’ Write for a variety of formats including social, digital, video, experiential, CRM, and integrated campaigns β€’ Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development workshops β€’ Present creative ideas and rationale to internal teams β€’ Ensure all work aligns with brand voice, business objectives, and creative excellence standards β€’ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5 - 8 years of copywriting experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, or in-house creative team β€’ Strong portfolio demonstrating produced work for major brands β€’ Experience developing multicultural marketing campaigns and culturally relevant storytelling β€’ Experience supporting Retail, Automotive, and QSR brands preferred β€’ Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate ideas across channels β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to work collaboratively and receive constructive feedback β€’ Award-winning work is a plus β€’ A natural storyteller β€’ A strategic thinker who understands the "why" behind the work β€’ Someone who is curious about culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trends β€’ A collaborative partner who thrives in team environments β€’ A creator who brings energy, perspective, and a strong point of view
