• Create invoices according to company practices. • Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. • Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client contracts and company policies. • Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies. • Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis. • Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling accounts each month. • Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years related experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
