• Provide application modernization, database administration, system user administration and customer support to the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Safety Incident Automated Reporting System (SIARS). • Support this task order remotely pending COR approval. • Perform routine configuration revisions to applications. • Manage and maintain change requests, manage overall end user experience management. • Document and maintain application architecture and version control reflecting all changes and enhancements. • Train TACOM Army civilians on the SIARS Safety Management System (SMS) Version 6.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in the following areas: Intelex Systems Integration • IT Operations/ Sustainment • IA compliance • Systems Administration • Cloud technologies • Data Management • Digital and/or data handling • Cybersecurity authorizations and principles • U.S. citizenship. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for secret clearance (Tier 3/IT-II minimum), and eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC). • Ability to complete all mandatory annual DoD/TACOM training (e.g., Cybersecurity, OPSEC, Anti-Terrorism Level 1, Records Management, CUI, PII). • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. • Effective communication skills (oral and written) for working with peers, supervisors, and Government stakeholders.
