📋 Description

• Support the Senior Director, Marketing and Special Services with various tasks • Conduct marketing/companies of interest outreach as directed • Create and edit excel spreadsheets to track various progress of deals, endorsements, and player information • Create and track calendared dates for player appearances/player signings • Research potential marketing/endorsement opportunities for current clients • Assist with various client service needs of clients including restaurant reservations, hotel reservations, housing, equipment, and other needs as they arrive • Assist in organizing client data to excel the client service and marketing efforts • Assist with holiday gift ideas, award gifts, etc. • Various administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree currently in progress, preferably majoring in a sports-related field • Applicants must be organized, self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic. • Applicants must possess a professional attitude while demonstrating initiative and strong communication skills. • Applicants should have an interest in sports business and sales/marketing as well as be eager to learn about and contribute to the marketing and endorsement efforts of professional athletes by cold calling and other communication skills. • Applicants with sales, marketing, business development and cold calls experience are strongly preferred. • Well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as basic administrative skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Displays indications of being loyal and trustworthy with the organization and clients • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship.
