📋 Description
• Own the loan setup phase once a borrower goes under contract • Partner closely with the Loan Officer and the team to organize files • Issue disclosures and order third-party items • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 1+ year of loan processing and/or Real Estate finance experience • Previous experience on a mortgage loan processing system, preferably Encompass • Proficient with Microsoft Office products • Ability to accurately input data
