📋 Description

• Design customized CRM architectures aligned with the client's overall strategy and data landscape • Plan, lead and implement HubSpot rollouts for companies • Deep configuration of HubSpot portals (including complex workflows, custom objects, advanced reporting, etc.) • Regular meetings with clients and continuous coordination with internal teams • Ongoing consulting and regular training sessions for clients • Support on various HubSpot topics when issues arise on the client side • Self-directed continuous learning on all HubSpot-related topics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience with HubSpot (use/administration/configuration) • Understanding of marketing, sales and service processes (specialization in one area welcome) • Experience in process modeling, data modeling and data preparation • Understanding of IT infrastructures as a whole and how systems interact • Experience with API integrations • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with clients • General experience in project and process management is desirable
