β’ Looking for an experienced recruiter, who ideally has experience of starting, developing or establishing a market. β’ The requirement of business development is essential. β’ Groundwork has already been laid & a number of existing client relationship are there to be leveraged, alongside collaborating across all clients in both Piper Maddox and Harper Harrison brand.
β’ Competitive base salary range of $70,000-100,000K (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped commission up to 50%, half year & full year bonus, override up to 5% when building a team. β’ Employee-Owned Trust (EOT).
