📋 Description
• Define and lead the technical direction of the quality platform and testing strategy • Shape automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, and validation frameworks • Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Platform teams • Establish quality architecture and validation frameworks • Help transition toward AI-assisted and spec-driven development practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering in test (SET/SDET) or similar roles • Significant experience designing and building scalable test infrastructure • Strong software engineering background with expertise in platform engineering • Experience working in engineering organizations focused on product quality and automated testing • Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and quality gates • Proven ability to define engineering standards and integration patterns • Strong architectural judgment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
