📋 Description
• Identify, evaluate, and improve critical user journeys • Make quantitative and qualitative-informed design decisions • Communicate rationale for design work through various formats • Align design decisions with business goals while crafting world-class user experiences • Maintain, guide, and push the boundaries of our design system • Prototype and test interactions and user experiences objectively • Use both qualitative and quantitative data and analytics to make informed decisions • Actively participate in group critiques by providing and receiving constructive feedback • Collaborate with research partners and product managers for discovery and usability studies
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience with end-to-end product design • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of human-centered designs, with clear indication of your specific contributions • Ability to lead or work independently on medium-to-large sized projects • Experience designing and conducting usability tests • Experience using analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions • Experience working with design systems • Meaningful experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS is a huge plus
