📋 Description

• Strategic management of the business within Beauty Retailers • Create the strategic vision and manage the tactical implementation • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support • Joint Business Planning • Driving profitability and productivity • Lead frequent meetings with Retailers and their Buying/Merchant teams • Management of short & long-term business results

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ year experience managing a national account required • Sephora, Department Stores, Subscription boxes experience a plus • Beauty background required • High level of analytical capability • Forecasting, business planning, trade spend management • Knowledge of/experience with syndicated data, planogram analysis, marketing concepts • Bachelor’s Degree • Flexibility to travel up to 20% for retailer meetings, events, and internal meetings • Valid Driver’s License
