📋 Description

• Overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Southern California market. • Manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time. • Participate in oversight of contractors and construction schedules. • Provide status reports and communication to internal and external project stakeholders. • Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions. • Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and conform to Scope of Work and Contract Documents. • Prepare/update weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred. • A minimum of 3 years’ related work experience. • Knowledge of real estate construction a plus.
