📋 Description

• Analyze key metrics, identify opportunities and develop reporting and dashboards to inform Partner priorities and organizational needs • Apply in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets to understand patient populations, healthcare utilization, cost drivers, quality performance, and risk adjustment • Use requirements to develop dashboards aligned with the stakeholder needs, roadmap, and organizational goals • Serve as an analytics SME in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Partner Success, and Operations • Be comfortable adapting to different databases and technology platforms, with a strong desire to continuously learn new skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors' degree (or equivalent) in Public Health, Health Informatics, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field • 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience, building dashboards/reports, querying with SQL and/or other analysis tools • Proven experience as healthcare data analyst • Ability to translate large, complex datasets into insights tailored to a wide range of audiences that resonate with stakeholders at varying levels of data fluency • Advanced proficiency with data tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and SQL • Experience using BI tools for report development (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.) • Experience working with some of the following: claims, Medicare data, care management data, EHR or clinical data, ADT data • Experience with data manipulation, data visualization, and insight delivery • Understanding of relational databases, risk adjustment, common healthcare code sets (ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS)
