📋 Description

• Build and steward relationships with immigrant-led organizations. • Lead design and delivery of capacity-sharing and convening activities. • Develop and maintain partners' readiness to engage in systems change. • Collaborate closely with internal partners and manage staff. • Ensure inclusive experiences and support partners as equal actors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice & Community Engagement, or equivalent. • 8+ years of experience in community partnerships, ecosystem building. • Leadership experience setting priorities and success measures. • Strong communication skills to convey expectations and complex ideas. • Proven ability to lead and coach others, fostering teamwork and inclusion. • Experience establishing standards and quality assurance for convenings.
