🎯 Requirements

• Interest in investment real estate and/or transactional sales • 2+ years in real estate, wholesale or property management • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze investment opportunities and make quick decisions • High level of personal accountability and self-direction • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one—we’ll help guide you)
