📋 Description
• New Western has been named a Glassdoor Best Place to Work three years in a row—and we’re hiring Sales Agents to work with real estate investors to help them acquire off-market residential properties that fit with their investment strategy. • You’ll learn the business of investment real estate from the inside by building relationships, learning how to grow a pipeline of investors, and driving deals to closure. • We close a transaction every 13 minutes. This is a fast-paced, transactional sales role suited for people who are coachable, competitive, want to gain real experience quickly and are comfortable putting in consistent effort to succeed.
🎯 Requirements
• Curiosity and interest in Investment Real Estate and/or transactional sales • Polished and confident communication skills • Willingness to engage in high volume outreach activities • Active real estate license or willingness to get licensed (we’ll guide you)
