📋 Description

• Establishes relationships with clinical sites and preceptors and documents preceptor availability to support future clinical placements for students. • Executes clinical affiliation agreements and documents onboarding information for new partnerships. • Negotiates placement for specific students as needed. • Analyzes student data to determine specific development needs and creates business development plans to address gaps. • Increases preceptor pool to meet program and geographic specific development goals. • Other job duties may be assigned as needed.

• Bachelor's degree required • Utilization of technology of documentation and communication • Experience with networking/relationship management • Knowledge of medical community and established relationships with its professional members • Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, including regulatory standards • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong management skills • Highly organized
