📋 Description
• Review and analyze legal documents and instruments primarily related to easements in the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United State Department of Agriculture. • Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats. • Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic’s activities as to the FRPP program.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. from ABA - accredited law school. • A minimum of five (5) years prior work in real estate office is preferred. • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
