📋 Description

• Partner with your PM and Tech Lead to discover and execute high-impact mobile UI/UX solutions • Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate discovery and create user patterns optimized for autonomous app features • Own the mobile user journey from wireframes to developer handoff • Embrace fast experimentation and learn quickly from real user data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools • Mobile-first design principles • Wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and behavioral psychology • Portfolio demonstrating native mobile app designs (iOS/Android) that you owned from initial discovery to deployment • AI tools experience in design/prototyping workflows • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving stakeholder alignment • Highly collaborative, transparent & outcome-driven
