📋 Description
• Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle’s presence in North America • Identify and build collaboration with top-tier media, KOLs, and distribution channels • Support execution of growth strategies to retail, INS, and dev communities • Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives for the US market • Collaborate on storytelling across social, editorial, and partner channels • Plan and execute North America go-to-market campaigns • Support IRL activations, industry events, and community meetups • Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and ecosystem campaigns • Research and propose new opportunities for growth in the North America market • Support operational workflows, partnerships, and campaign rollouts • Contribute directly to Mantle’s expansion strategy in the Americas
🎯 Requirements
• Have 2+ years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing or ecosystem roles, specifically within the North America market • Possess a strong understanding of the North America crypto landscape, media, and communities • Demonstrate high ownership, execution ability, and reliability in fast-paced environments • Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team • Have strong communication and storytelling skills • Are well-connected with North America-based founders, creators, or communities (strong plus)
