📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within Salesforce. • Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. • Manage Salesforce data and ensure security and integrity. • Assist in extending our technical capabilities by implementing integrations and third-party apps. • Work directly with implementation and third-party vendors to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure deep functional understanding and optimal end-user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a concentration in computer science, information systems or technology is preferred. • 10+ years of business and systems experience as a technical resource, as a developer. • 3+ years of developer experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred). • Experience with a variety of enterprise-class tools and technologies. • Experience working with and extending packaged software applications. • Experience with the recruiting or executive search industry is a plus.
