📋 Description

• Analyze complex business processes using Celonis • Uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners • Deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs • Design, develop, and maintain process mining analyses using Celonis • Analyze event logs and transactional data to identify process deviations • Create comprehensive process models and dashboards • Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field • Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued) • Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
