📋 Description

• Lead executive discovery and strategy with CFOs and finance leaders • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to large, complex DI enterprises • Tell a powerful value story that connects business outcomes to Workday’s planning and AI capabilities • Position Workday as a trusted advisor • Showcase AI in context • Collaborate closely with Sales to shape opportunity strategy • Support key sales motions including RFP/RFI responses • Represent Workday at events such as customer forums and industry conferences • Mentor and collaborate with peers

🎯 Requirements

• Significant presales, consulting, or finance experience focused on planning, forecasting, or analytics • Demonstrated ability to engage and present to executive audiences (VP/C-level) • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning or similar solutions) • Proven presentation and storytelling skills • Strong commercial acumen and selling instincts • Demonstrated interest in AI and analytics
