• Lead monthly close and forecasting for key P&L accounts with clear explanation of drivers by brand and channel. • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Revenue Management, and Finance to assess volume risks, investment strategies, and balance sheet exposure. • Evaluate investment opportunities and establish KPIs and guardrails in collaboration with Revenue Management and Finance teams. • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership on current and future business performance. • Support pricing maneuvers and trade investment analysis, including competitive benchmarking and budget restatements. • Champion system/process enhancements to improve scalability and financial accuracy in trade and investment management. • Drive a high-performance culture by mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development. • Model teamwork and partnership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in FP&A, brand finance, or commercial strategy in the CPG industry. • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and analytical concepts, financial operating systems and processes. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Tableau preferred. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar systems a plus. Strong communication and storytelling ability with data. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities. Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, including senior leadership.
