📋 Description

• Configure, document, test, modify and maintain software applications. • Assist in designing, verifying, and documenting software configurations. • Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and IS. • Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system. • Investigate and resolve issues relating to applications. • Use application management software to collect performance statistics.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 year of relevant experience. • No specific certification/professional license is required. • Skills: Application Configuration, Applications Support, Application Testing, Clinical Applications, Cross-Departmental Collaboration, End User Support, Epic EHR, IT Documentation, Relationship Building, Resolution Management.
