📋 Description

• Support procure-to-pay operations through managing vendor data and onboarding. • Maintain accurate accounting records and contribute to process improvements. • Oversee vendor lifecycle management with the Accounting Manager. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting-related tasks. • Perform OFAC and TIN matching processes. • Review and code invoices in the accounts payable inbox. • Help create and maintain process documentation, including internal and Zapier-facing documents.

• You have foundational experience in accounting, procurement, or accounts payable, supported by relevant education or hands-on work. • You're eager to deepen your knowledge and build stronger technical skills. • You're proactive, curious, and ready to jump in, take ownership, and contribute to improving our procure-to-pay processes. • You are collaboration-forward and a strong communicator. • Your organizational and time management skills are top-notch. • When you encounter a task you haven't done before, you can prompt AI tools and resources, using your network or teammates’ knowledge.
