📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, aligning stakeholders across functions • Own program governance: frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, predictable outcomes • Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs • Work closely with the Implementation Manager for client delivery • Provide cross-functional coordination and visibility • Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards • Build automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders, as well as the frameworks for program management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field • 10+ years of experience in dedicated program management role leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Proven experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation through execution • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies and risks, driving alignment across multiple teams and organizational levels • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legals, Ops etc. • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to establish governance, improve delivery process, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams • Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite • Strong understanding of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycle, wallets and custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off ramp, identity and compliance integrations, APIs etc.
