• Build and scale routing and allocation decision systems • Iterate on optimization frameworks • Build and productionize ML-driven routing systems • Work directly with partner teams • Uphold high standards for production quality
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of applied science experience (industry or equivalent) • 3+ years owning production machine learning systems end to end • Proficient in Python and SQL • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field • Strong mathematical and algorithmic reasoning skills • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Experience building transparent, explainable systems
