📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions • Serve as a senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform • Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs • Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Monitor platform performance and use analytics to identify trends and improve efficiency • Contribute to Agile planning and delivery to ship high-quality features on time • Drive operational excellence by identifying root causes and recommending improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Significant hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a senior or lead capacity • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, administration, and capabilities • Experience across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, and AI Agents • Deep technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies • Experience building scoped applications and complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Understanding of ITIL processes and experience in Agile or Scrum environments • Strong communicator and problem solver
