📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance Zip's consolidated financial models • Build ad hoc models and analyses to support key business decisions • Conduct variance analysis on actuals vs. budget/forecast • Be a key contributor in owning and managing our cash flow model • Play an active role in Zip's annual planning process • Support the quarterly re-forecast process • Be one of our main administrators and help maintain and improve our financial planning tool • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages for leadership and the board • Track and report on key financial and operating metrics • Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure • Support financial partnership with HR and Real Estate teams • Respond to ad hoc requests from G&A leaders with timely analysis and clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar analytical finance role • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling skills • Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40) is highly preferred • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Clear communicator, both in writing and in conversation • Curious and proactive • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and/or SQL is a plus • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
