📋 Description
• Extensive investigations into patient accounts that may require refunds • Utilize knowledge of all carrier types, including commercial and governmental • Apply high-level understanding of medical accounts receivable • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data • Physician billing experience in AR, Refunds, or Payments • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize workload and meet specific goals and objectives • Professional discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
