📋 Description
• Responsible for profitable growth and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals • Analyze and provide strategic direction to a highly successful team of Sales Professionals • Oversee cross-team sales initiatives as needed • Maintain responsibility for customer issues and/or challenges in the region • Leadership activities will include planning, budgeting, coaching, interviewing/selection, and performance management within the region
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area • Experience managing product knowledge of legal and regulatory environment within area of responsibility • Experience with Microsoft Office • Experience analyzing financial results
