📋 Description

• Represent the commercial insureds of a prestigious and financially stable commercial insurance carrier • Prepare and try high complexity, high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases • Conduct pre-trial discovery, prepare legal pleadings, perform initial investigation and legal analysis • Collaborate with the claims adjuster and develop case strategies • Ensure customer service to clients by proactively communicating information

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor • 7 or more years of experience in the Litigation area • Licensed in Ohio and an active member in good standing of the Ohio State Bar Association • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe • Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw • Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
