Descrição

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants according to hiring guidelines • Maintain an efficient recruiting pipeline by moving candidates through each hiring stage promptly • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Track candidate progress accurately in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve workflow efficiency • Support recruiter readiness for the following working day

🎯 Requisitos

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision • Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) • Computer meeting the stated Windows or Mac specifications • Internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, under 100ms latency • USB noise-cancelling headset • Webcam for daily meetings • This is an independent contractor position
