Descrição

• Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products • Provide personalized coverage recommendations and premium quotes based on member needs • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system • Participate in sales campaigns and promptly follow up on inbound referrals • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risk and ensure accuracy • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant AAA products and services

🎯 Requisitos

• High School Diploma required • Associate’s Degree preferred • 2+ years of insurance sales experience required • Outbound or consultative phone sales experience strongly preferred • Active Personal Lines Insurance License required at time of hire • Ability to maintain license through required continuing education • Valid Life Insurance License preferred or willingly to obtain within 1 year
