Descrição

• Attend to customer chats, calls, and emails. • Help customers find the lowest-priced policy that serves their needs. • Maintain and coordinate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license is valid at all times. • Ensure timely updates to name changes, address changes, or any changes affecting your license. • Successfully complete mandatory Client Manager training within the first 30 to 45 days of employment.

🎯 Requisitos

• Must possess a valid Producer License with Property & Casualty line of authority. • Must have a minimum of one year of insurance sales experience. • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a 100% remote based position. • Must have a strong command of the English language (verbal and written) as well as excellent communication skills. • Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. • Computer literate with the ability to navigate basic software programs such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to learn new systems, skills, and tasks quickly. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. • Must be able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule. • Must have and maintain high speed Internet with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload, and a latency <= 50 ms.
