Descrição

• Promote, manage, and grow Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products in hospital and office settings • Develop and support territory sales goals for Similac and PediaSure • Negotiate and manage hospital contracting • Deliver product, clinical study, protocol, and guideline information in a selling environment • Support new product launches • Work with hospital departments including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units • Work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses • Manage administrative duties and budgets • Function independently with initiative, autonomy, and accountability for short- and long-term goals

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree required • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience combined with clinical experience is ideal • Stability and proven success in sales • Subject matter expertise and high business acumen • Knowledge of hospital settings, specifically pediatrics, is a plus • Comprehensive knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines • Understanding of hospital department hierarchies, including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units • Ability to work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses • Effective administrative skills • Budget management skills • Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy • Self-motivated approach and ability to pursue short- and long-term goals • Must reside in Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada • Local candidates only • Ability to travel 40%, including 4 overnights per month
