Descrição

• Drive year‑on‑year revenue and margin growth across the Public Sector • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities • Develop compelling win strategies that align to customer needs • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders across public sector organisations • Embed technology enabled solutions into new business opportunities • Use data, insight and sales tools to manage pipeline • Collaborate across CPS teams for seamless transition of new business into delivery and account management

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience working with in the Public Services Sector • Experience in selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management propositions • Good experience managing a business development or sales pipeline • Track record of achieving targets • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships • Commercially astute, able to qualify opportunities and shape tailored solutions • Skilled at using insight, research and market intelligence to drive sales decisions • Strong understanding of business development best practices: account planning, pipeline discipline, reporting and risk management • Salesforce experience highly advantageous
