Descrição

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for ASG across all roles, especially creative, media production, and technical positions • Research, develop, and implement recruiting and staffing strategies • Lead innovative recruitment processes for candidates and hiring teams • Partner with department managers to create job postings and define hiring requirements • Source talent, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and prepare interview materials • Manage, mentor, coach, and develop ASG’s Recruiters • Track recruitment metrics such as cost-per-hire and align results with budgets and service levels • Define and refine job posting and advertising strategies • Select and implement recruiting technologies and analyze ROI and usage data • Provide expertise and training on Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other systems • Analyze recruiting data and present actionable insights to leadership • Set and maintain SLAs and ensure client satisfaction • Oversee workflow and resource allocation and scale recruiting capacity • Participate in interviews for critical or specialized roles • Collaborate on competitive offer packages, incentives, and onboarding timelines • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies • Prioritize open roles and accelerate key searches • Build talent pipelines and professional relationships • Present candidate recommendations with portfolios, demo reels, and referrals • Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process • Lead compensation negotiations and explain benefits offerings • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment services and hiring outcomes

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience • At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring • Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries preferred • Experience with project/event-based staffing • Prior experience in audio/visual technology, managed services, creative, or broadcast roles preferred • Prior managerial and/or staffing agency experience • Experience with Ashby applicant tracking system preferred • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities • Team-oriented supervisory skills • Ability to design and implement effective sourcing strategies across diverse roles • Proactive and independent work style • Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and recruiting best practices • Proficient with applicant tracking and recruitment systems, such as Ashby • Proven ability to source and hire for challenging positions • Understanding of current AI trends in recruiting • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Monday–Friday availability during regular business hours • Occasional weekend work required • Occasional travel may be required
