• Sales experience and marketing skills – ideally in the healthcare or service sector • Strong communication and negotiation skills – to persuade potential customers and partners • Initiative and creativity – in the development and implementation of marketing strategies • Enjoy networking and working with people • Mobility within your region (company car provided) • You are a qualified professional in the health and social care sector, e.g. nurse, geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse, special education caregiver (Heilerziehungspfleger), occupational therapist, special education teacher, physician/doctor, psychologist, social worker, social pedagogue, gerontopsychiatric caregiver, gerontologist, head of housekeeping/housekeeping manager, master of domestic services, master building cleaner, cook/chef, or hold equivalent qualifications • Excellent written and spoken German (at least C2 level)
