Descrição

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to identify product, engineering, and design hiring needs • Learn and use AlphaSense TA tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, BrightHire, HackerRank, and Workday • Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and other relevant systems • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Recommend and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Provide recruitment progress updates and reports to TA leadership and hiring managers • Partner with hiring managers to negotiate compensation packages, present offers, and close candidates • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle tech recruiter, ideally at a top-tier SaaS company • Proven track record hiring technical talent across UK and EU markets • Strong knowledge of product, engineering, and design roles, industry trends, and relevant qualifications • Familiarity with EU/UK tech job markets is highly desirable • Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and attract top-tier R&D professionals • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proficient in Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
