Descrição

• Promote the employer brand of the business • Support partners with proactive recruitment of roles • Ensure a high-quality 360 candidate journey from vacancy brief through offer stage • Take a consultative approach with partner and operations teams on recruitment needs • Proactively source passive candidates, particularly for challenging positions • Use available tools and systems to source strong candidates across varied positions • Advise the business on recruitment best practice and sourcing strategies • Align closely with Operations Managers, HR, Marketing and other Shared Service Centre functions • Recruit with autonomy while receiving support from the Head of Recruitment

🎯 Requisitos

• Prior experience working within a fast-paced recruitment team is essential • Ability to work efficiently across high-volume and senior roles • Experience recruiting talented sales professionals is highly advantageous • Dental industry recruitment experience is not essential; training will be provided • Fantastic communication skills • Calm, consultative approach • Highly organised and able to work to tight schedules and recruitment deadlines • Ability to thrive in an autonomous role and plan the day for productivity and results • Understanding of recruitment tools including job boards, social media, employer brand promotion and referral networks • Confident approach to recruitment, including challenging practices and departments when required • Patient and understanding approach
