• You are the BDR team. • Cold call prospects and engage target accounts to generate qualified pipeline • Call every inbound lead within minutes of them raising their hand • Turn your conversations into booked meetings for our AE team • Carry a quota of meetings held, not activity metrics • Work with our product team to make Ava better
🎯 Requisitos
• 1+ years as an SDR/BDR, or exceptional evidence you belong in sales • Excellent communicator, quick on your feet, great at building rapport • Confident on the phone • Resilient. Rejection doesn't rattle you • Comfortable being the only human on the team • Excited to work at the frontier of AI and sales
