• Own BetterHelp’s organic brand and distribution strategy across social, creators, partnerships, community, long-form content, PR amplification, and emerging channels • Build an audience-first distribution model • Translate brand strategy into platform-native programs and always-on content • Develop organic amplification strategies for major brand moments • Lead owned social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Lead creator and influencer strategy and build creator, cultural voice, community, and partner relationships • Identify emerging distribution opportunities • Develop long-form and search-driven brand content strategy, including YouTube, podcasts, SEO/AEO • Create an international organic distribution strategy • Lead organic brand activations and cultural moments • Connect organic, earned, and paid distribution • Partner with Growth and Paid Social teams on amplification and performance insights • Develop measurement frameworks for organic brand impact • Manage and mentor a growing team • Manage budgets and external partners • Build scalable operating systems, playbooks, compliance guardrails, measurement systems, and AI-assisted workflows • Partner with Legal and Compliance on social, creator, and organic content frameworks • Monitor culture, media, platforms, creators, communities, and distribution models

🎯 Requisitos

• Experienced brand marketer and content distribution strategist • Experience leading organic brand presence and distribution across social, creators, partnerships, community, long-form content, PR amplification, and emerging platforms • Strong understanding of channels and audiences • Strong creative instincts • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Experience with creator and influencer strategy • Experience developing long-form and search-driven content, including YouTube, podcasts, SEO/AEO • Experience creating international organic distribution strategies • Experience developing measurement frameworks for organic brand impact • Experience managing and mentoring teams • Experience managing budgets and external partners • Experience building scalable operating systems, compliance guardrails, measurement systems, and AI-assisted workflows • Experience partnering with Legal and Compliance across US and international markets
