Descrição

• work on the account team supporting mid-market Service Providers to build Cisco's relevance in solution development • partner closely with Account Managers, internal specialists, and product owners to drive demand generation • uncover opportunities for business growth • understand customer requirements, map technical solutions to their needs • present solutions through virtual and on-site product demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) labs • maintain competitive knowledge and follow industry trends

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of validated experience in Service Provider production networks • extensive skills and understanding of optical transport systems and optical troubleshooting • solid understanding of Cisco's Optical platforms • solid skills and knowledge in networking protocols, network management, and automation technologies • solid understanding of Cisco's Service Provider routing platforms, IOS XR operating system, and Routed Optical Networking (RON) architectures • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred • excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills • understanding of competitor networking and optical/DWDM products • industry certifications (Cisco CCIE, CCDE, CCNP, DevNet, or non-Cisco equivalents)
