Descrição

• Own and drive the performance of key department store accounts • Create and execute strategic account plans • Lead senior-level relationships with key customers • Define and evolve the business model for the department store channel • Monitor customer, consumer, and market trends • Partner across the enterprise for aligned go-to-market strategies • Build an empowered sales culture by coaching and developing a high-performing team • Champion a high-performance mindset that encourages innovation and accountability

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience • Proven success owning and growing complex wholesale or retail partnerships • Strong understanding of the department store business model • Experience operating across both brick-and-mortar and digital environments • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen • Proven ability to operate within a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional partners
