Descrição

• Create a great first impression for our existing and potential investors by providing them with a world-class experience. • Learn, master, and execute investor relations best practices, including the principles of materiality and fair disclosure. • Support all aspects of the earnings preparation process, including earnings release and script drafting, interaction with internal teams in obtaining data and content, Q&A drafting, and process management. • Lead the data support and validation process for the IR team’s earnings materials. • Contribute to the creation of investor messaging that is integrated with and consistent with the company’s strategic goals. • Prepare timely reports for senior leadership, including analyses of stock performance, peer benchmarking, analyst research, investor interactions, and Wall Street consensus. • Support all aspects of the company’s annual meeting and proxy process, including engaging with investor stewardship teams on ESG topics. • Design, maintain and enhance investor relations collateral and presentations. • Support investor engagement activities, including the planning, development, and execution of investor conferences, small-group meetings, and roadshows, as well as the preparation of briefing materials. • Project and manage logistics and deliverables for investor events. • Monitor analyst coverage and estimates for the company, peer companies, competitors, and the broader industry. • Develop and maintain third-party vendor relationships. • Help maintain and manage the IR section of the corporate website. • Respond to, qualify, and prioritize incoming inquiries. • Become a trusted resource and develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, legal, accounting, marketing, and communications, to build a better understanding of the company and execute responsibilities efficiently and effectively. • Conduct ad hoc projects and analysis as needed, including strategic finance initiatives.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis • Strong knowledge of and technical understanding of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies and knowledge of proxy and ESG processes • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills as well as strong quantitative and analytical skills • High attention to detail • Strong skills and understanding of financial statements • Project management and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
