Descrição

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders, translating technical findings into business impact and cyber risk insights. • Help customers make informed decisions on risk prioritization, mitigation strategies, and where security investments have the highest impact. • Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of customer relationships and engagements, including onboarding, assessment coordination, scoping, prerequisites, and operational execution. • Maintain an ongoing risk narrative for each customer, connecting assessment results, platform insights, and remediation progress over time. • Work with internal teams, including red team, blue team, threat intelligence, and platform specialists, to ensure successful engagement delivery. • Guide customers in understanding and interpreting cyber exposure models, attack paths, risk & mitigation insights generated by Cye's platform. • Support executive-level conversations around prioritization of remediation, security investments, and measurable risk reduction. • Drive long-term customer retention through consistent value realization and measurable outcomes. • Identify opportunities for deeper platform usage, additional assessments, and service expansion. • Partner with sales teams to support expansion discussions grounded in the customer's risk posture and security maturity.

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, cyber risk management, or technical customer success within enterprise environments. • Experience working directly with CISOs, security leaders, or executive stakeholders. • Strong understanding of enterprise security environments (networking, infrastructure, cloud) - required. • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, risk-based narratives for business stakeholders. • Comfort discussing risk trade-offs and prioritization decisions with both technical and business stakeholders. • Experience scoping or leading security assessments, penetration testing engagements, or security reviews. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English.
