Descrição

• Own partner relationships and build new partnerships. • Track sell-through and ensure full displays. • Build the pipeline: from retail chains to hair salons. • Maintain the operational backbone: fulfillment, processes, logistics.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven track record in retail/FMCG sales or key account management. • Ideally experience in drugstore/beauty retail. • Understanding of sell-through, listing mechanics, and commercial terms. • Ability to juggle relationships and numbers. • Hands-on working style, structured and comfortable in a startup environment. • Excited to help build a brand at scale!
